the room was a good size. breakfast offered a wide selection of items (i especially liked the fresh pastries).
one staff member during the morning shift was not very friendly. getting an iron proved impossible throughout my stay (i had to wear wrinkled clothes).

The room was spacious and well kept. breakfast offered a wide selection. the staff was very helpful. i liked the proximity to jardim do campo grande. It was directly across from the hotel. the hotel offered a pleasant environment.
The hotel did not sell alcohol. I was unaware of its halal status. this was not a major inconvenience. however, it did limit my dining options on-site.

i found the location ideal for early airport access. a supermarket was only a five-minute walk away. the breakfast had many good options and was delicious. i found staff very attentive and friendly, a true delight.
the television had a few channels unavailable because of a faulty screen, a very minor inconvenience, i think.

the location proved convenient, especially its proximity to public transportation.
i found some issues . the room felt quite basic considering the hotel's four-star rating. also, the spa access came with an extra cost and the jacuzzi was difficult to use due to its poor design, combined with very slippery tiles.

The staff members were helpful, providing clear directions and recommendations for local dining and attractions. My room included soundproof windows, vital given the hotel's proximity to the airport. Parking availability was a notable bonus.
The pillows were a bit lumpy, affecting sleep quality.
